Washington police announced early this morning that the serial killer who killed the homeless in New York and Washington while they were asleep was caught. A police statement read, “IN DETENTION: Early this morning, police forces detained the suspect in downtown Washington. He is currently being questioned at the Homicide Squad,” he said.
